All the products sold on our website are under the guarantee of their manufacturers.
If there are any defects on the products bought by our members, our member customers can send the products back with the products' invoice and guarantee certificates sent with the products.
Products will be exchanged or repaired according to the specific guarantee terms of each product.
Our Management does not provide repair services. Whenever such a service is required we seek support from the manufacturers. Therefore, the products members send to us are sent to the authorized manufacturers.
The time spent during exchange or repair is under the responsibility of the manufacturer.
Products are insured by the delivery company during the delivery process. The insurance ends at the moment of delivery.
In addition, our Management reserves its rights on return procedures based on the Consumer Protection Law numbered 4077 issued in The Turkish Republic in 1995.
